This project focuses on analyzing the real estate market in Mexico to identify key trends and factors influencing property prices. Using Python, SQL and visualization tools. The project explores:

• Data Cleaning & Preparation – Handling missing values, formatting data and ensuring consistency.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) – Identifying price trends across cities, property types and locations.
• Key Insights – Highlighting how features such as location, number of rooms and property size impact pricing.
• Visualization – Building interactive charts and dashboards to make findings clear and actionable.
• Predictive Modeling – Applying machine learning to forecast property prices based on available features.
